General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Object

These general conditions of sale (GCS) apply to all transactions carried out on LaGalerieFares.com , concerning the sale of original art paintings.

Products

The products sold are works of art created by LaGalerieFares and printed and shipped by Gelato . Some works can be made on request, with a specific production time.

Price

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included for the countries concerned). Delivery costs are added at the time of order and vary depending on the country of delivery.

Order and Payment

Orders are placed online through our website. Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or PayPal.

Works on request and payment in advance

For works made on request, an advance payment of €50 is required. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer. This payment covers the time and work involved in creating the work.

Production and Delivery

For on-demand works, a production time of 1 to 2 weeks is expected before shipping. Once production is complete, delivery is generally estimated between 5 and 10 business days depending on the customer's location. As soon as the order is ready, an email with tracking information is sent to the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the order for standard works. The product must be returned in its original condition, and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For any return request, contact us at lagaleriefares.officiel@gmail.com.
